Built from the bedside, not the boardroom.

Most medical software is built by people who have never worked a NICU shift. They've never charted at three in the morning with a baby on CPAP. They've never sat with a parent who didn't speak English while a doctor used the word "intraventricular." They build for charts, not for people.

NeoLuma is the opposite. Twenty-five years at the bedside taught me what families and nurses actually need. So I'm building it. A growing ecosystem of apps, designed together, shaped by every shift, every code, every quiet conversation in the corner of the unit.

A new light for every NICU. For the family in it, the nurse beside it, and the baby at the center of it all.

La mayoría del software médico lo crean personas que nunca han trabajado un turno en la UCIN. Nunca han documentado a las tres de la madrugada junto a un bebé con CPAP. Nunca se han sentado con un padre que no hablaba inglés mientras un médico usaba la palabra "intraventricular." Diseñan para los expedientes, no para las personas.

NeoLuma es lo contrario. Veinticinco años junto a la cuna me enseñaron lo que las familias y enfermeras realmente necesitan. Por eso lo estoy construyendo.
